Lazur La Vie is committed to making your visit an enjoyable experience. We ask the following:

• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment, so you’ll have plenty
 of time to unwind, sip a soothing green tea, give us the latest derma and
 other data (aka paperwork) and allow yours and our zen states to flow
 freely.
• All appointments must be held with a verifiable credit or gift card to
 ensure your reservation time.
• Please provide us with 24 hours notice to
 cancel/reschedule a spa treatment. If appropriate notice is not given you
 will be charged 50% of Value for the missed service.
• Treatments and services are non-refundable.
• Prices and services subject to change without notice.
• Lazur La Vie reserves the right to refuse service.
