Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment, so you’ll have plenty
 of time to unwind, sip a soothing green tea, give us the latest derma and
 other data (aka paperwork) and allow yours and our zen states to flow
 freely.

cancellation

All appointments must be held with a verifiable credit or gift card to
 ensure your reservation time. Please provide us with 24 hours notice to cancel/reschedule a spa treatment. If appropriate notice is not given you
 will be charged 50% of Value for the missed service.

scheduling

Reservations are highly recommended; but when time permits, walk-ins are also welcome. Ideally, you’ll call ahead and we will do our best to hook you up with any of our premier services. Due to the medical nature of many of our treatments, appointments occasionally run over their scheduled time. Please be patient and know that you will also receive the same exceptional service and personal attention to delivering your results payment policy
Lazur La Vie accepts cash,checks,debit cards, American Express, MasterCard and Visa as payment. All gratuities may be paid directly to the aesthetician/clinician in cash or by personal check. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we cannot add a gratuity to your credit card.

client satisfaction

Our product selection process is exacting to deliver the results we’re known for. But if you are unhappy with a product purchase from Lazur, please return the unused item with within 7 days of purchase and we will gladly exchange the item for store credit. Lazur cannot issue cash refunds. Please note, Lazur La Vie Gift Cards, Series/Package and medical grade products all purchases are not refundable, Series/Packages are not transferable. so please choose wisely.
