Arrival:
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment for paperwork and prep. Tardiness is deducted from treatment time.
Cancellation:
- All appointments must be held with a verifiable credit or gift card.
- Please provide us with 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule in order to avoid a $75 Cancellation fee per treatment per area. Combined treatments will be charged $75 per treated area.
- No shows will be charged the full value of your Un-Cancelled Appointment.
Scheduling:
Reservations are required though we will do our best to accommodate walk-ins or same day phone aheads. Due to the nature of laser treatments. Appointments occasionally run over their scheduled time. Please be patient and know that you can count on the same degree of exceptional care. Children and pets are not allowed at the spa.
Payment:
We accept cash, checks, debit, American Express, Visa and Master Cards. INTEREST FREE FINANCING AVAILABLE for purchases of $1000 or more. See rules that apply. Gratuities must be paid by cash or check.
Client Satisfaction:
Our product selection process is exacting for your best results. If you wish to change your selection, please return the unused item within 7 days of purchase and we will gladly exchange it for retail credit. Gift Cards, Series/Package are non-refundable. Series/Packages/Memberships are non-transferable. Promotions are stand alone, cannot be combined with other offers, purchases, series, packages or memberships.
Please Note:
Should management choose to refund any unused portion of prepaid laser series you are responsible for the full value at un-discounted prices of all used treatments or services. Please choose wisely. Price and service subject to change as on-line and print marketing are being updated.
